Vita:
Sebastian Bruns has been with the Institute for Security Policy since 2010. From 2010 to 2011, he was the German Marshall Fund/American Political Science Association Congressional Fellow in Washington, D.C. In that capacity, he served Rep. Todd Young (R-IN09) as military and defense policy aide. Prior to coming to Kiel, Sebastian worked for the International Institute for Politics and Economics, Haus Rissen Hamburg, and the Lady Mayor’s Office of the City of Bonn. In 2007, he graduated with a degree in North American Studies from the University of Bonn.
